Do you deliver to Ontario, Nyssa or Vale in Oregon?
Ontario, Nyssa and Vale are Zone 3 towns, so delivery adds $85. Oregon placements follow Malheur County rules. Read more on the Malheur County service page.
Do you deliver to mountain towns like Idaho City or Cascade?
Idaho City and Garden Valley are Zone 2 towns and add $45. Cascade is a Zone 3 town and adds $85. Tell us about snow, steep drives or gravel roads so the right truck goes out. See Valley County service.
How do you deliver a porta potty?
A truck brings the porta potty to the site. The driver moves the unit with a dolly on firm ground to the final spot. The truck needs to park within about 30 feet of where the unit will sit.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries run Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery is available by arrangement, so ask when you book. Weekend events usually get a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup at no extra charge.
Timing and same-day
Can I get a porta potty today?
Same-day delivery is available in the Boise metro when you book before 12 noon Mountain Time. The metro covers Boise, Garden City, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Star and Nampa. The same-day rush fee is $95. See same-day porta potty delivery.
Is it too late to get a porta potty for tomorrow?
Next-day delivery is the most common booking, and there is no rush fee for it. Book today and the unit arrives tomorrow in the Boise metro. Outer towns are usually next morning as well.
Can you do same-day delivery outside the Boise metro?
Same-day delivery to outer towns works when a truck is already routed nearby. Otherwise, the unit arrives the next morning. Towns like Caldwell, Emmett and Mountain Home often get next-morning delivery.
What time will the driver drop it off?
Event units drop off up to 1 business day before the event, so the exact hour rarely matters. If you need the unit by a set time, note the deadline when you book. The driver plans the route around it.
How far ahead should I book?
Book summer weekends 2 to 4 weeks ahead. Holiday weekends like July 4th and Labor Day fill earlier. Restroom trailers for June through September weddings should be booked 2 to 6 months ahead.
Do you have porta potties available for the 4th of July?
July 4th is one of the busiest weeks of the year. Book as early as you can to hold units. Event units for the holiday drop off before the weekend and pick up the next business day after.
What are your hours?
Phones are answered live 7 days a week from 6 AM to 8 PM Mountain Time. Deliveries run Monday through Saturday. Web quotes get an answer within 30 minutes during business hours.
My event is months away. Is it too early to book?
Booking months early is fine and holds your date. Event rentals cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery. Early booking matters most for restroom trailers and summer Saturdays.
Choosing a unit
Does a standard porta potty have water to wash your hands?
A standard porta potty has a toilet and a urinal but no sink or water. Add hand sanitizer inside, or rent a two-station hand-wash station. A deluxe flushing unit has a fresh-water sink inside.
Do you have porta potties that flush?
The deluxe flushing unit has a recirculating flush and a fresh-water sink. The unit needs no power or water hookup. Event pricing starts at $295, and monthly pricing starts at $275. Learn more about the deluxe flushing porta potty.
Does the deluxe flushing unit need electricity?
The deluxe flushing unit needs no power and no hookup. The flush and the sink run from tanks built into the unit. That makes the unit a good fit for barns, fields and backyards.
What is the difference between ADA and wheelchair-accessible?
An ADA unit, like the PolyJohn We'll Care III, has a 60-inch turning circle. The maker says it is designed to exceed ADA portable toilet requirements. The PolyJohn Comfort XL is roomy and wheelchair-accessible, but the maker does not call it ADA. See ADA porta potty rental.
Do you have restroom trailers?
Restroom trailers come in 2-station and 3-station sizes. A 2-station trailer starts at $1,195 per event for up to 3 days. A 3-station trailer starts at $1,595. Trailers need power and water. See restroom trailer rental.
Do you have standalone hand-wash stations?
The PolyJohn Bravo hand-wash station has 2 sinks, foot pumps and 22 gallons of fresh water. The maker rates it at nearly 350 uses per fill. Event pricing starts at $125. See hand-washing station rental.
Do you have heated porta potties?
Standard porta potties are not heated. In winter, the tanks get antifreeze from November through March at no charge. For a warm restroom, a restroom trailer with climate control is the best fit.
How big is a standard porta potty?
A PolyJohn PJN3 standard unit is 91 inches tall, 43.5 inches wide and 47 inches deep. The unit weighs 165 pounds empty and has a 60-gallon tank. Inside are a toilet and a urinal.
Can you put hand sanitizer in a standard unit?
A hand sanitizer dispenser can be fitted in a standard unit. On monthly rentals, the weekly service restocks sanitizer along with toilet paper. Events with food still do better with a hand-wash station.
Cleaning and servicing
Does the price include cleaning?
Event units arrive cleaned and stocked, and the price includes that prep. Monthly rentals include 1 service visit per week. Each visit pumps the tank, washes and sanitizes the unit and restocks supplies.
How often is a porta potty serviced?
Monthly rentals get 1 service visit per week, included in the price. Crews over 10 workers or heavy-use sites can add more weekly visits. Multi-day events can add a mid-event service.
What happens during a service visit?
A service visit includes a pump-out, wash-down, sanitizing and a toilet paper restock. Units with sanitizer, soap, towels or fresh water get those refilled too. In winter, the tank gets new antifreeze.
Can I get an extra cleaning?
An extra, unscheduled service visit costs $65. Ask for one before a big weekend or when a tank fills early. Regular extra weekly services can also be added for large crews.
Who do I contact on a Saturday if there is a problem?
Phones are answered live 7 days a week, from 6 AM to 8 PM Mountain Time. That includes Saturdays and Sundays. Report a tipped, damaged or full unit right away.
Will the porta potty be clean when it arrives?
Every event unit arrives cleaned and stocked with toilet paper. If a unit arrives in poor shape, report it the same day. The unit will be serviced or swapped.
Does a weekend event need service in the middle?
A 1-day event does not need service. For 2-day or 3-day events with steady crowds, add a mid-event service. Summer heat makes that extra visit more useful.
Cost and billing
How much does a porta potty rental cost?
A standard event porta potty starts at $175 for the first unit and $135 for each additional unit. A monthly standard unit is $165 per 28-day cycle with weekly service. Prices are before 6% Idaho sales tax. See porta potty rental cost.
Is it the same price for a day or a week?
Event pricing has no daily or hourly charge. Drop-off is up to 1 business day before, and pickup is the next business day after. A 3-hour party and a full Friday-to-Monday weekend cost the same.
Does the price include tax?
Prices are before 6% Idaho sales tax. For example, a $175 standard event unit comes to $185.50 with tax. Delivery in Zone 1 adds nothing to that total for event rentals.
Are there any other fees?
There is no fuel surcharge, no card fee and no deposit. Possible add-ons are a zone fee outside Zone 1 and the $95 same-day rush fee. An extra service visit is $65.
Do you have anything cheaper?
The standard porta potty is the lowest-priced unit, starting at $175 for an event. Each additional standard unit is $135. A monthly standard unit is $165 per 28 days with weekly service included.
How much is a monthly porta potty?
A standard unit costs $165 per 28-day cycle with weekly service. Zone 1 adds a one-time $75 delivery and pickup fee. An ADA unit is $215, and a deluxe flushing unit is $275. See monthly porta potty rental.
If I only need it for 3 days, do I pay for the full month?
Short jobs from 3 days to 4 weeks pay one 28-day cycle, which includes weekly service. For a party or event, use event pricing instead. Event pricing covers drop-off and pickup with no daily charge.
Is there a discount for more than one unit?
Event rentals price the first standard unit at $175 and each additional standard unit at $135. Two standard units start at $310 before tax. Zone 1 delivery and pickup are included.
How much is an ADA wheelchair-accessible unit?
An ADA wheelchair-accessible unit starts at $235 for an event and $215 per 28-day cycle on a monthly rental. Prices are before 6% Idaho sales tax. Monthly rentals include weekly service.
Placement and access
Will a porta potty fit through my side gate?
A standard porta potty is about 44 to 47 inches wide. A typical 36-inch side gate is too narrow. The unit needs an opening of 48 inches or more, or a spot in the driveway or side yard.
How close does the truck need to get?
The truck needs to park within about 30 feet of the spot. The driver moves the unit on a dolly, so the path needs firm ground. Soft lawn, deep gravel and steps can block the dolly.
Can the porta potty go on the street in front of my house?
A unit in the street, curb lane or sidewalk needs an ACHD Temporary Use Permit in Ada County. A driveway or yard needs no permit. Read the Boise porta potty permit guide.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
You do not need to be home. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk, and share gate codes and pet notes. A photo of the spot helps the driver place the unit right.
Our job site has no street address yet. Can you still deliver?
A road name and nearest cross street work for most job sites. A map pin or a photo of the lot helps more. Campgrounds and rural parcels work the same way.
Can the porta potty go on grass or a dirt lot?
A porta potty can sit on grass, gravel or dirt if the ground is level and firm. Avoid soggy lawn, sprinkler heads and septic lids. Skip watering the night before delivery.
Can someone check that the units will fit before we order?
Send photos and measurements of the gate, path and spot before you book. The photos show whether the truck and dolly can reach the area. Restroom trailers also need a level pad and power nearby.
Pickup and extensions
When do you pick up after my event?
Pickup happens the next business day after the event. A Saturday event usually means a Monday pickup. There is no extra charge for the days the unit sits after the event.
I only need it for one day. Why pick it up Monday?
Event rentals pick up the next business day after the event. Most go out Friday and come back Monday. Event pricing has no daily charge. The extra days cost nothing.
Do I need to be there for pickup?
You do not need to be there for pickup. Leave the gate unlocked or share the code, and keep the path clear. Close the porta potty door and keep trash out of the tank.
Can I keep the porta potty longer than planned?
A monthly rental rolls over every 28 days until you ask for pickup. Each new cycle includes weekly service. Event rentals can be extended too, so ask before the planned pickup day.
How do I end a monthly rental?
Call or text for pickup anytime. Pickup happens within 2 business days, and no new 28-day cycle is billed after you ask. There is no long-term contract.
Can you pick it up the same evening after a short event?
Standard pickup is the next business day after the event. If the unit must leave sooner, say so when you book. The schedule decides what is possible that day.
We will be out of town on pickup day. Is that a problem?
Pickup works without anyone home. Make sure the driver can reach the unit, with gates open and cars moved off the path. Share any gate code in the booking notes.
Events and weddings
How many porta potties do I need for my event?
For events up to 4 hours, divide guests by 50 and round up. For 4 to 8 hours, divide by 40. For all-day events, divide by 30. Use the porta potty count guide for alcohol and other adjustments.
Will two porta potties work for 150 people?
Two units are short for 150 guests. A 4-hour event needs 3 units, and a 4- to 8-hour event needs 4. Add 1 more unit when alcohol is served.
We have 75 people, but they won't all be there at once. Is one unit enough?
Even with guests coming and going, 75 people over a few hours usually need 2 standard units. One unit can build a line and fill early. A second unit costs $135 for an event.
We have about 50 people and don't want them in the house. Is one enough?
One standard porta potty covers about 50 guests for an event up to 4 hours. For a longer party or one with alcohol, add a second unit. The house bathroom can stay as a backup.
Do I need more porta potties if we serve alcohol?
Alcohol raises restroom use. Add 1 unit for every 4 units, with at least 1 extra. For example, a 150-guest, 5-hour wedding with a bar needs 5 units instead of 4.
How many accessible units does an event need?
Plan at least 5% accessible units in each cluster, with at least 1 per cluster. A small party with one cluster needs 1 accessible unit when a guest uses a wheelchair or walker.
Do I need a hand-wash station if we serve food?
Plan 1 two-station hand-wash station for every 4 toilets when food is served. The station has soap, water and paper towels. Event pricing starts at $125.
What restroom works for a nicer wedding?
For a dressier wedding, choose deluxe flushing units with sinks or a restroom trailer with porcelain toilets. Add 1 accessible unit beside a trailer. See wedding restroom rental or compare in the trailer vs porta potty guide.
Construction and farms
How many porta potties does OSHA require on a job site?
OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. Crews of 20 or more need 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers. Read the OSHA toilet requirements guide.
I need a porta potty for a construction site. What does a month cost?
A standard job site unit is $165 per 28-day cycle with weekly service included. Zone 1 adds a one-time $75 delivery and pickup fee. See construction porta potty rental.
We are building a house and need a unit for about a year. How does that work?
A monthly rental rolls over every 28 days with weekly service included. There is no long-term contract. Call or text for pickup when the house is done, and billing stops after that.
Is a painting contractor working at a home considered construction?
Painting, remodeling and repair work count as construction under OSHA rules. A crew working all day at one site needs a toilet there. The exception is when the homeowner allows use of the house restroom.
Our current porta potty never gets cleaned. Can you replace it?
A replacement unit can arrive the same day in the Boise metro when booked before noon. Monthly rentals include a weekly pump-out, wash-down, sanitizing and restock.
There is no running water at our shop. What should we rent?
A standard porta potty plus a two-station hand-wash station covers a small shop crew. Monthly pricing is $165 for the toilet and $140 for the hand-wash station, each per 28 days.
Do farms need porta potties for field crews?
OSHA 29 CFR 1928.110 applies when 11 or more hand laborers work in the field on a given day. The rule calls for 1 toilet and 1 handwashing facility per 20 workers. See farm porta potty rental.
Do you rent dumpsters, tents or roll-offs too?
Danielle Portable Toilets Rental rents portable toilets, deluxe flushing units, restroom trailers and hand-wash stations only. For the full list, see all portable restroom services.
Booking and payment
How do I reserve a porta potty?
Reserve by phone or with the online quote form. Share the date, address, guest count or crew size, and placement notes. Payment by card at booking holds the date.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
There is no deposit. The card is charged at booking to hold the date. There is no card fee and no fuel surcharge. Event rentals cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery.
What forms of payment do you take?
Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover at booking. Approved contractor accounts can pay by invoice on Net 15 terms. There is no fee for paying by card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Event rentals cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery. Inside 24 hours, the delivery fee is kept and the rest is refunded. Monthly rentals have no long-term contract.
Can I get a quote by email or text?
Send the online quote form and get a written quote within 30 minutes during business hours. Texting also works for questions and pickup requests. The quote lists the unit, zone fee and tax.
Can you give me a price without an exact address?
A town or nearest cross street is enough for a price. The town sets the delivery zone, and the zone sets any delivery fee. The full address is needed before delivery day.
Can you hold a reservation while I compare prices?
Booking now holds the unit, and event rentals cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery. That gives you room to compare without losing the date.
What if the porta potty gets damaged?
Normal wear is free. The renter pays repair costs for fire, graffiti, vandalism or a unit moved or tipped by others. Place the unit away from traffic to lower the risk.
Can contractors set up an account?
Approved contractor accounts can pay by invoice on Net 15 terms. That works well for builders with several job sites. See construction rentals for crew service options.
