Eagle renters book for 3 main reasons: summer events, custom home builds and backyard weddings. Eagle Fun Days ran June 26 and 27 in 2026, with a parade on State Street. Big lots near the Boise River and in the foothills also host many private weddings.
The 2026 festival centered on Heritage Park and downtown State Street. The parade ran between Edgewood Lane and Stierman Way. Homes and shops near the route often host their own parties that weekend.
Subdivisions like Legacy, Two Rivers and Banbury see steady remodel and pool work. A crew of 20 or fewer needs 1 toilet under OSHA rules. A monthly unit with weekly service fits most jobs.
Many Eagle hosts want flushing and running water for guests. Compare the restroom trailer rental and the wedding restroom options.

An Eagle porta potty on a private driveway, lawn or job lot needs no road permit. A unit on an Eagle street, sidewalk or shoulder needs an ACHD Temporary Use Permit. ACHD reviews complete applications within 5 working days. Street closures for block parties use an ACHD Special Event Permit instead.
The Ada County Highway District controls all public streets in Eagle, including State Street side streets. Find both permit types on the ACHD permitting page, or call 208-387-6100.
Many Eagle HOAs also limit visible street placement. Check your HOA rules before the unit arrives.
Eagle deliveries come in on State Highway 44 or 55, about 11 miles from Boise. Steep foothill driveways need a flat landing within about 30 feet of the truck. A restroom trailer needs a level pad, a 20-amp outlet or generator, and a hose or onboard water tank.
River-bottom lawns near the Boise River can stay soft after irrigation. Turn off sprinklers the day before delivery. A driveway pad is the safest spot for heavy trailers.

For an Eagle event under 50 guests, 1 deluxe flushing unit is often enough. For 100 to 200 wedding guests, a 2- or 3-station restroom trailer gives real sinks and climate control. Standard units remain the lowest-cost choice at $175 for the first unit.
| Eagle event | Good fit | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| 40-guest backyard dinner | 1 deluxe flushing unit | $295 |
| 150-guest riverside wedding | 2-station trailer plus 1 ADA unit | $1,195 plus $235 |
| Fun Days open house | 2 standard plus hand-wash | $310 plus $125 |
